The documents included on this page were designed with RPPL members to support the design and implementation of rigorous research studies focused on teacher professional learning.

The core of RPPL’s mission is to center equity in professional learning (PL) research, focusing on improving outcomes for teachers serving historically marginalized communities. This commitment to equity is embedded in RPPL’s work, aiming to enhance teacher practice and, consequently, student outcomes. This framework offers a clear articulation and application of equity frameworks in research and establishes common language and actionable practice for genuine equity-centered research within RPPL.

This work aligns with RPPL’s Equity Statement approved by our board in December 2023.
