RPPL is looking to hire a Project Manager who will support the Learning & Engagement Team with technical project management support for RPPL’s portfolio. We’re looking for someone with a background in education, public policy, or social sciences, and expertise in project design and management within education, education research, or social impact work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and self-directed; someone who can synthesize complex information and navigate ambiguity with confidence in a remote, matrixed environment. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education, public policy, social sciences, or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered
- 3 to 5 years of experience in education, education research, or social impact organizations with project management responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through across multiple workstreams
- Quantitative and qualitative data skills: comfortable with survey analysis, qualitative coding, data visualization, and presenting findings clearly
- Facilitation experience: comfortable designing and leading virtual and in-person sessions for practitioner audiences
- Clear written communication: able to draft memos, partner updates, and knowledge briefs with minimal guidance
- Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools), Qualtrics, and Google Suite
- Collaborative, adaptive, and low-ego, with a commitment to RPPL’s values of equity, transparency, and shared learning: you work well across teams, take direction, and take initiative when needed
- Commitment to improving outcomes for students and educators
