RPPL’s Annual Convening 2024:
Changing the Tide in PL
We hosted our second annual convening October 28-29, 2024, and brought together 100 leaders across our network and the professional learning field.
The convening explored the evolving paradigms, emerging trends, and transformative practices reshaping the field of PL. It featured share-outs from our latest research, presented by a diverse collective of PL practitioners, researchers, and district partners. Attendees joined workshops to stay on top of the latest PL evidence base and had the opportunity to get feedback on their own research and learning.
I was heartened to see and meet so many people who are committed to learning about how we can make professional learning work for educators and for students. It’s so powerful to be together in a space like this.

RPPL’s Annual Convening 2023
We hosted our first in-person convening for members and affiliates in December 2023. Over 50 professional learning leaders from across our network joined us, affirming the power of our community in propelling our shared mission forward.
Together, we shared what we’re learning about how to conduct stronger research and how we can work together to achieve our collective vision for teachers and students.
