RPPL’s Annual Convenings
2024 RPPL Convening: Changing the Tide in PL
We will host our second annual convening in October 2024, bringing together 100 leaders across our network and the professional learning field.
This year’s convening will feature share-outs from our latest research, presented by a diverse collective of PL practitioners, researchers, and district partners. Attendees will also join workshops to stay on top of the latest PL evidence base and have the opportunity to get feedback on their own research and learning.
When I have colleagues I work with who aren’t in the same office, meeting them in person once or seeing them once a year helps make it so when you’re online things move a little more quickly and more comfortably for everyone. There’s a certain amount of in-person that is good and allows you to do the virtual things more efficiently.

2023 Convening
We hosted our first in-person convening for members and affiliates in December 2023. Over 50 professional learning leaders from across our network joined us, affirming the power of our community in propelling our shared mission forward.
Together, we shared what we’re learning about how to conduct stronger research and how we can work together to achieve our collective vision for teachers and students.
