A: Refer to our Travel Reimbursement memo, or contact Operations team at team@rpplpartnership.org for more information about reimbursements and travel guidelines.
Submission deadlines are communicated by RPPL staff via email. For questions related to the project you’re supporting, please connect directly with the relevant RPPL staff member or reach out to the Operations team for assistance.
Financial & Reporting Requirements
Q: How does your fiscal sponsorship affect our partnership?
A: Our fiscal sponsor is New Venture Fund (NVF). Fiscal sponsors are nonprofit organizations that house projects like RPPL and serve as the administrative host so that projects don’t have to go to the trouble and expense of establishing themselves as independent nonprofit organizations.
This means that all legal agreements between network organizations and RPPL will be executed by NVF. These agreements could include subgrant agreements, contracts, and MOUs to name a few. Contact Operations team@rpplpartnership.org if you have any questions about our fiscal sponsorship arrangement.
Q: Can policies change during our partnership period?
A: Yes, policies may be updated based on fiscal sponsor requirements, organizational needs (such as no-cost extensions), or other relevant factors. Partners will be notified of any changes that may impact their engagement. If you become aware of any changes on your end that could affect our partnership, please notify us as soon as possible.
Q: What documentation do I need to submit invoices for payment?
A: Financial documentation is required for all organizations partnering with us through subgrants, contracts, or reimbursements. All invoicing requires completed W-9 and EFT forms. If you have questions about the project you’re involved with, please reach out to the appropriate RPPL staff contact or get in touch with the Operations team at team@rpplpartnership.org for support.
Q: What are the reporting requirements for subgrant recipients?
A: Subgrant compliance and reporting standards vary by organization type, grant type and grant amount. Review your specific subgrant agreement or contact Operations at team@rpplpartnership.org for details.
