RAND recently published a study of Leading Educators’ professional development program supporting three districts in Chicago from 2018-2020. The study included an implementation analysis and randomized controlled trial design. In this session, we plan to share the headlines of the study as well as what we learned from the experience and how it is influencing our work going forward, both with program design and in approaching future studies with similar designs.
