Catch up with the recording from RPPL’s January 2022 Brown Bag on short-term coaching cycles for teachers.
In this session, Instruction Partners described work they have done with several schools to better understand the nuances of what happens during coaching cycles with teachers. In particular, they are seeking to better understand how quickly teachers improve their practice in response to coaching, and which elements of a coaching cycle contribute to that improvement. The partnership is still early but they want to share some of the initial trends they have observed and hear from participants about how they should continue to explore future learning.
