This session will both provide an update on our ongoing RPPL research and provide a space for shared conversations around what all of our affiliate organizations are doing/learning in key areas of our learning agenda. After an overview of RPPL’s current slate of studies, we’ll split into breakout groups focused on four key areas: (1) Increasing teacher engagement; (2) Accelerating skill development; (3) Sustaining long-term enactment of new processes; (4) Improving the conditions for adult learning. Participants will opt into areas where they feel like they have hypotheses and/or organizational learning and we’ll provide time for sharing and discussion.
