Coffee Chat: How can we take proven PL programs and turn them into viral programs that benefit teachers and students on a large scale?

During the session, attendees had the chance to share their own insights about the MyTeaching Partner Coaching Cycle, test assumptions in the design, and think together about the broader challenge: how to take professional learning models that work and spread them in ways that are sustainable, scalable, and still effective for teachers and students.
