A RPPL member is a PL organization that is one of the voting members of RPPL’s governing body and an active and funded participant in RPPL research.

Cross-Workstream Enabling Conditions: Better tool and strengthen our network to support our research and learning.
- Share data to RPPL’s data repository to pilot test its build, create appropriate use cases including shared measures, support faster data analysis, and increase secondary analysis capabilities.
- Select and participate in and/or co-lead at least one RPPL shared learning/working group each year that best aligns with your org’s research strategy.
Research: Execute current RPPL studies and test different approaches to develop research learnings for the short, mid, and long term.
- Participate in at least two research projects that advance RPPL’s and your organization’s learning agenda from the list below.
Participation can include:- Co-design and/or participate in an anchor study,
- Apply for contributing study RFPs when available and if awarded execute on proposed study,
- Conduct a supporting study (i.e., non-RPPL funded) aligned with RPPL’s learning agenda,
- Participate in an RDI initiative
Ecosystem Learning and Development: Continue to offer and improve upon shared learning activities within and external to our network.
- Share organizational learnings related to RPPL’s learning agenda at least twice annually. Sharing can include presentations at:
- Internal RPPL events (e.g., Brown Bags, Webinars, CoPs, Annual Convening, etc.)
- External conferences and publications—including insights from non-RPPL-funded research.
- Note that organizations must notify RPPL communications staff in advance of any planned external sharing to ensure coordination and alignment.
- Attend ≥50% of RPPL events and share relevant information with your team to incorporate into practice.
Annually, participate in:
- 1 mid-year, virtual RPPL research-focused stepback and RPPL’s annual research & learning convening in one of the following ways – present, participate as a facilitator, panelist, or speaker.
- 2 partnership alignment meetings with ED and Network and Engagement lead (meetings will focus on our partnership and how we are meeting each other’s agreed-upon expectations).
- RPPL’s annual network wide survey (launches post-convening).
