Rijaab Mansoor
Project Manager
Rijaab Mansoor (she/her) brings over eight years of experience managing large, complex project portfolios for research and implementation organizations. Her expertise includes multi-workstream coordination, funder reporting, stakeholder and partner engagement, and the operational systems that keep dispersed teams aligned and projects on track.
She most recently worked at DevTech Systems, where she oversaw project tracking, reporting, and coordination across a portfolio of 60+ concurrent funding streams. Previously, at Management Systems International, she coordinated sub-grantee and implementing-partner relationships and supported monitoring and evaluation across multi-organization programs, including facilitating working-group meetings across diverse contexts.
She holds a Master of Arts in German and European Studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
The heart of my career has been delivering results to the communities that need them most. That’s what excites me about joining RPPL: professional learning research aimed at improving outcomes for underserved students and communities. I’m looking forward to helping connect strong research to real practice and to work that makes a real difference in students’ lives.
