Moving Teacher Professional Learning Upstream
This year’s Annual Report spotlights our network’s immense progress in building the enabling conditions for better, more rigorous teacher PL research and looks ahead to how RPPL will leverage that foundation in 2025.
In 2024, RPPL increased shared learning across the teacher PL field, deepened network engagement, and drove innovative solutions to address data infrastructure and measurement challenges for PL practitioners, researchers, and school and district leaders. Over the course of the year, we invested in developing a strong foundation to strengthen PL, and ultimately student learning, at scale through expanding and strengthening our network, launching new research studies, and bringing the field together via shared learning experiences.
