I was drawn to RPPL because of its mission. I identify as a lifelong learner and feel excited to work at a place that understands how education is one of the most powerful tools that can create opportunities for an individual’s success or setbacks if the proper mechanisms are not in place. Although this is a challenge, I am happy to work with a community of people that is working to find solutions daily.
